Contact form and resource downloads: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name and message. This data is collected on the basis of Azymuth's legitimate interest in handling inbound enquiries and managing commercial follow-up.

Audience measurement: the site uses Umami Analytics, a cookieless solution that collects aggregated and anonymised data (page views, approximate geographic origin, device type). No personally identifiable data is transmitted.

Appointment booking: if you use the Calendly service embedded in the site, Calendly collects and processes your data according to its own privacy policy.

Data submitted via forms (leads) is retained for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Audience analytics data is aggregated and does not allow identification of an individual; it is not subject to a regulatory retention period.

Collected data is hosted on Scaleway infrastructure (France) and Supabase (EU region). It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties.

Azymuth may use technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) acting as sub-processors bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data is processed and hosted within the European Union. No transfers to third countries are made.
